Engaging with integrity
Engaging with integrity

Every service we deliver, every partnership we build contributes to environments where people can work, learn, heal, and belong.

Our approach is grounded in a simple belief: what we do matters. The work we deliver plays a vital role in keeping people, places and communities safe, connected and moving.

We don't see our role as simply delivering a contracted service. We become part of the fabric of the environments we work in. We learn what matters to each business, where the pressure points sit, and we show up as an extension of the internal team.

Veteran Owned

Founded by a veteran; we actively employ veterans across the business. It's part of who we are.

01

First Nations Joint Venture

Allied Indigenous puts an Indigenous-owned, Supply Nation certified business at the front of the work.

02

True Partners

Long-term relationships, not short-term contracts. Our teams know the sites, the people and the priorities.

03

Fully Integrated

One team across Facilities, Security, Pest, Traffic, Civil and Indigenous partnership. One accountable partner, not a list of separate vendors.

04

First nations commitment

It starts with people

Allied's CEO, Amer Awad's connection to First Nations peoples is personal. It’s something shaped through experience, relationships and a genuine belief that business can play a meaningful role in creating opportunity. Our Reconciliation Action Plan provides an important framework, but the real measure is how these principles are reflected in our day-to-day business. This includes the partnerships we build, the opportunities we create, how we approach procurement and supply chains, and the way our teams engage with the communities in which we work.It also means being willing to listen, learn and challenge our own thinking. We want to understand where we can do better, measure the impact of what we do and build relationships that are practical, respectful and lasting. For Allied, this is about bringing First Nations engagement into the way we do business, not as something separate from our operations, but as part of being a responsible and connected organisation.

Reconciliation embedded.

Allied Integrated Management joined Reconciliation Australia's RAP program in 2023 with a Reflect RAP. Our Innovate RAP takes the next step: formalised partnerships, measurable targets, and clear ownership across a workforce of more than 800 people.

Structured, ongoing partnerships with Elders, community leaders and Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations — built through genuine two-way engagement rather than one-off consultation, and carried by the CEO and our First Nations Engagement Officer.

Cultural capability as a continuing commitment. Cultural safety measures are co-designed with local communities and First Nations advisors, with clear protocols for recruitment, onboarding, workplace conduct and service delivery.

Sustainable pathways into employment, training and supply. We are targeting 10% First Nations employment by 2028, prioritising ACCOs in procurement, and using Supply Nation and other trusted directories to find and grow verified Indigenous-owned suppliers.

Testimonials

Liverpool City Council Allied Security Client

The service provided over the weekend for the Lantern and Lights festival was beyond amazing, I can't find the words to describe it. The officers were all well presented, on time, attentive and just did their duty without a worry.

Lachie Harris Via Treeserve

Been in Traffic Management in the Sydney and Newcastle region for over 24 years now and I've seen plenty of shocking setupts in my time, but I'm a few doors down from a site this morning and I'm thinking to myself "bloody hell, that's how you do a site properly." Could tell straight away whoever set it up knows exactly what they're doing no questions asked. The contraflow is spot on even down to the smallest detail. Just a properly thought out setup from start to finish.

Merlin Entertainment Allied Facilities Client

Not only are we happy that Allied has completely turned the service around, but our trust in Allied has grown.

One trusted integrated and traffic service provider.
