Indigenous Procurement

We see procurement as an opportunity to create meaningful economic participation, not simply a purchasing decision.

As an Indigenous-connected organisation, Allied is committed to increasing opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses within our supply chain. Where practical and appropriate, we actively consider Indigenous-owned and Indigenous-led suppliers when sourcing goods and services, and look for opportunities to build relationships that are commercially sound, respectful and mutually beneficial.

Our approach is about creating genuine participation in the work we do — supporting Indigenous businesses to access contracts, develop capability and build sustainable commercial relationships with Allied and our clients.

We also recognise that good procurement starts with how we engage. We aim to work with suppliers transparently, pay fairly and on time, and build relationships that extend beyond a single transaction.
